FACE MASK FOR COMBINATION SKIN:
A combination skin would have an oily t zone and the rest of the face would be either dry or normal.
The t zone (nose - chin – fore head) will benefit from using an exfoliation and applying the below mask twice weekly. The whole face can be included on just one of those two days.
Combine half a Cucumber, 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 4-5 mint leaves and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 12 minutes. Apply the mix on the face and leave it for 15 to 30 minutes. Rinse it with water
Lime is an astringent that tightens the pores of the skin. It is also an excellent cleanser and toner. The mint is antiseptic and stimulating thus very useful for the skin and dilated pores. The egg white, rich in protein, gives skin its firmness and strength. Cucumber slices are good for moisturizing, soothing, nourishing and regenerating.
Care for combination skin in general:
A milk based or gel-based product will help keep the skin thoroughly clean and yet nourished. As with all skin types we always tone the skin after cleansing as it removes last traces of dirt and makeup and minimizes pores. A light moisturizer daily morning and night is recommended for a combination skin
